Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a powerful, cleansing and relaxing treatment that primarily promotes the optimal functioning of the lymphatic vessels that lead to the circulatory system. MLD facilitates the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, bacteria and large protein substances from the tissues. MLD relaxes the sympathetic nervous system and is effective in many conditions including oedema, sinus congestion, tissue congestion, pre and post surgery and it minimises scar formation.
I also offer a facial lymphatic drainage option, which is 30minutes purely focused on the chest, neck and face. A build up of lymph in the face can cause acne, dryness, puffiness and dullness, so this rejuvenating treatment is perfect to target this as well as a great anti aging treatment!

Dry Cupping Therapy
Cupping Therapy is a unique, effective therapy based on ancient Chinese methods of creating healing in the body. It is a soft tissue therapy that involves suction of the tissues (negative pressure) rather than compression.
There is a variety of techniques used with the cups, they can be placed static or used in a gliding motion over the tissues.
The main principle of cupping is to create a surge of blood flow to an area which stimulates pain relief receptors as well as stimulating inhibitory neural pathways. It’s main benefits are increased blood and lymphatic flow, reduced pain and enhanced mobility of tissues.
